Who owns the Course and its related Designation?
The CE® Course is owned by the International Import Export Institute (IIEI) --- the trade certification organization that administers the professional standard of global trading, recognized and accepted by authorities in over 105 countries.
The syllabus, subject modules, systems of teaching, quizzes and final exams are all proprietary to IIEI which owns the copyright and all other rights to them. It is taught as a gateway course at Dunlap Stone University of Phoenix, AZ, the prime Approved Provider of the CE® Certification.
It is the core course that is enriched and adapted into by Approved Providers offering it in various models, such as the CE® Special Course for Global Filipinos being administered in Canada by Filinter Export Training Center.
