What is the Filinter Export Training Center (FETC)?
It is a unit of Filinter Group Trading Co Ltd of Aurora, ON Canada. FETC is led by Forte Gerardo, BA, CE(R), a holder of the UNCTAD-GATT Certificate in Group Training for Trade Promotion, an award-winning Canadian exporter, and a well known former Trade Commissioner in Canada, Philippines and Scandinavia. As the pioneer graduate of the CE Special Course for Global Filipinos, he directs the delivery of the CE course in its intended integrity within the model ethnic community.
